What Causes Stomach Pain, Gas When Having Mucus, Pink Blood In BM?

I have mucus and a pink blood like show in my bowel movements. Usually first thing in the morning..Sometimes I have horrible pains in my stomach that feel like really bad gas pains..When I do have a bm I feel like my insides are going to come out as well..

If your symptoms of blood and mucus in stools is of shorter duration, it could be due to acute colitis probably infectious colitis. If these symptoms are there for quite sometime, then it could be possibly be due to inflammatory bowel disease and it can be confirmed with a colonoscopy test.
