What Causes Stomach Pain And Sore Penis After Sex?

Last week end me and my boyfriend kind of got close. Kissed, caressed and almost had sex but he did manage to enter due to my tight passage, how ever he poured some white milky water on the sheets. a few minutes later he started complaining about acute stomarche pains. The following day he developed painful sores on his penis. a week has passed, pain is still there. Water is still oozing and pain is still there.
What cld be the problem Doc and whats the solution
