What Causes Stomach Pain And Discomforts?

Rolling discomfort, sometimes painful, mostly very uncomfortable pain in my upper stomach. Feels like gas pains but the pain eases when I eat even if I don't feel hungry. The pain is so bad that it wakes me up 3-4 times per night. It keeps getting worse until I eat. Then it subsides.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this pain that you have reported. From the information that you have provided, this pain seems to be related to gastritis. This would need confirmation through examination and maybe testing by your primary care physician. Treatment would follow suite and generally consists in prescribing medications that reduce the acidity in the stomach. You would be evaluated for success or further interventions and recommendations if need be.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
