Hello,

As per history, it seems to be acute gastroenteritis infective etiology. It can be bacterial as no improvement after 7 days for which antibiotic course can be prescribed. Avoid excess spicy foods. Drink more water. Cooked oatmeal help in the soothing stomach. Take yogurt daily which will be beneficial. For vomiting, Domperidone or Ondansetron mouth dissolving tablet can be prescribed. Consult a physician for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
