What Causes Stomach Pain And Black Spots In The Stool?

Im a 26 year old female and for about five years I've been having a lot of stomach pain and black spots in my stool. I have been to the doctors and they say that I have nothing wrong. I can't loss weight I'm just gaining and its in my stomach area. I don't know what to do anymore can u please help me.
