What Causes Stomach Cramps?

Before 5 month I had an miscarriage with twins and now m under treatment of follicle study from last month and this month my follicle size is 2.5 and has been rupture yesterday my doctor had told me to have sex from last 4 day and m having to and today itself I am having some cramps in my stomach is this a good sign
