What Causes Stomach Bloating And Tiredness?

My stomach is so bloated that I look like I gained 10-15 pounds, and I haven't had a period in 2 months. I know I am not pregnant. I took probiotics last month & peppermint supplement, then saw some improvement. But the issue is back. I am suspecting I might be gluten intolerant so I gave up bread 3 days ago .... getting restless & tired of feeling bloated like a cow. Help!

HI
Well come to HCM
Thank for asking
Your query being appreciated, symptoms of abdomen bloating is not always due to the disease but it is due to diet so try to change the diet, second thought is possibility of infection needs to be ruled out or else it can be managed on empirical basis and I would suggest single dose therapy of Sacnidazole 1 g, now for the menses not having menses could be due to hormone changes if it is not the pregnancy it may be age related also, hope this information helps.
