What Causes Stomach And Chest Bone Burning Pain With Tightness?
I have had a marriage break up and had bit of stress, I have had pain in my upper stomach and chest bone. It's like a burning pain, tight pain had it for a couple of days now it goes away but comes back May last a couple hours. What could it be.

First thing you need to do is keep the stress level very low because this could be the main reason for your pain, try to avoid the anxiety and depression, for the pain this can be managed with Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain release once in day and Tab Chlordiazepoxide one three times in day, take care.
