Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.

looking at your symptoms, you are suffering from inflammation in the respiratory tract.

Coughing or blowing forcefully may lead to a tear in the tiny blood vessels in the congested nose leading to bleeding.

I would advise you to avoid coughing or blowing nose forcefully.

You may get relief by taking following medicines:
Oral Decongestant like Phenylephrine with Nasal decongestant drops like Xylometazoline(use a decongestant only if you are not suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease, high pressure in the eyes-Glaucoma),Mucolytic like Ambroxol,Bronchodilator like Salbutamol,Analgesic with Anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen,Antihistaminic like Cetrizine and a Saline Nasal Spray.

Also do steam inhalation.Avoid cold, spicy and oily food.Drink lots of fluids(warm).Avoid dust, smoke and other pollutants.Do warm saline gargles.

Hope this answers your question.Get well soon.
