Hello,

Possible causes are GERD or pharyngitis or tonsillitis or esophagitis or diffuse esophageal spasm or globus pain syndrome, etcetera.

Avoid spicy food, alcohol, smoking, and caffeine drinks. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your doctor who will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
