Here for your condition consult general surgeon for it....
Breast palpation done to check whether any palpable mass present or not....
If mass present FNAC taken to rule out malignancy or infective abscess....

If no mass present examine scar properly.
If red , inflammed and pus leaking from it then for that antibiotic given....
And for few days care taken not to touch excess water.
That area can be cleaned by normal saline.
If abscess present below it surgical drainage done.
For pain take brufen 200 mg...

I believe it is an Infection.
*do you have any other medical issues or take any medications?
*did you have any post operative complications?

I recommend :
-keep the area clean and dry
-keep a sterile gauze over the area while wearing your bra.
-see your doctor right away before it becomes severe.
-don't try and squeeze out the discharge. Just wipe away if it comes out and keep clean.
-blood tests (complete blood count, erythrocyte sedimentation rate)
-drainage of the collection and leaving the wound down open until it heals ( incision and drainage)

I urge you to see you doctor as soon as possible.
