I am a 24 year old female, 128 lbs, 5'9. A couple days ago I broke out in a rash all over my neck and chest. that rash went away but then my skin on my hips started itching and it started as small red bumps like a mosquito bite and after I scratched them they turned into hives. the hives traveled around my body for a few days - arms, hands, torso. now they are gone but everytime I get an itch and scratch it, it turns bright red. but only where the rash and hives were originally.
