What Causes Skin Lesions On Neck And Chest?

I am getting skin leisons probably related to lou gehrigs or intracrainial degeneration . It is becoming quite aggressive on neck upper chest and back. I have also tested positive for Lambert- Eaton disease but Dr.s at Kaiser refuse to acknowledge any of my symptons .
