What Causes Skin Flap Hanging In Throat After Tonsillectomy?
Hi, I had a tonsillectomy three months ago in october, I'm 23. About 6 days post op my right side scab came out and caused a lot of bleeding. It eventually stopped and healed up. But now, there is a skin flap hanging from where my tonsil used to be. Is this normal?

I can understand your worry, this could be a normal structure I could just guess it from history given here because in the tonsillectomy operation nothing flap like incision being made that can be opened, so you might have seen something different kind of stuff, no need to worry about this, hope this information helps you take care and have nice day.
