Dr Samuel, my doctor has had me on 4 MG s of xanax for 4 years. He has only giving me 2 months to ween down he just gave me a script for 0.5 60 of them. He says I will be okay, I m not. I beleive withdraw is going on I m constantly felling like I m getting a constant shocking feeling throughout my whole body. Almost like being electrocuted

you should review to your physician and try to taper more slowly say 2mg/day for a month under supervision and see if that helps you.
