Noted your history of husband while at work today and was pulling wire(he is an electrician) he gave a hard pull and a sharp pain went through his testicles and sent him to his knees. What might be the problem could it be a hernia? He has no discoloration or visible swelling of the scrotum, the left testicle hangs lower and seems smaller but I have heard this is normal. The most probable reason is obviously testicular torsion as mo other condition can cause such a severe pain. Another small possibility is obstructed hernia is he has it from before.
