Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be either muscle spasm, slip disc or any thing else.

So immediate go for MRI of spine and take proper treatment and physiotherapy.

Meanwhile take rest and heavy exercise and lift heavy weight.

Take mild painkiller and apply muscle relaxant gel.

Hope my answer will be effective for you.

Thanks
