What Causes Shaky Legs In Person Healing From Strain And Bursitis?

Hello, Am healing from gluteal strain, SI joint strain and IT band and sit bone bursitis. My legs shake by the afternoon in pain or sometimes not in pain. Often happens in the late evening too. Have been told maybe is a pain reaction but it comes without pain at times....

Hello,

Due to the injuries mentioned above, there will be a weakness of the muscles leading to shaky legs.

Doing hip stabilization exercises, thigh strengthening exercises like static Quadriceps and static hamstring, ankle toe movements and knee, and ankle stability exercises will help reduce the symptoms.
