Welcome to HCM!

After reading your question --you seem to be healthy and active male who is otherwise normal, except tremors/shaking in hand when they are in air.

The shaking or tremors can be either essential tremors-- I.e. there is no reason behind them and are for a long time, and may increase in stressful situation and there can be a family history of similar presentation. The treatment can be given if person is really annoyed by them and his life style is effected by tremors, which you have not mentioned in your query.

Secondly, they can occur in case of thyroid problems. You can get a thyroid profile checked and then one can proceed for correct management.
The other possibilities are mostly ruled out as there is no other movement problems mentioned in the question, no dizziness etc.
So, these two are the most possible differentials.

Hope this helps you with the question you asked.
