What Causes Severe Sore Throat With Nasal Congestion And Headache?
Three days ago onset of very severe sore throat, next day nasal congestion, body aches, headache, followed by non productive cough with heavy, burning chest and ripping pain with cough! Should I go to dr or just consider this like a viral bronchitis maybe & ride it out little longer? Thank you! Kim

Although it does look like a viral infection , still i would like you to meet your doctor as the chance of developing super added bacterial infection is high and your infection looks a bit severe. It would be wise to get yourself examined and start on medications.
