What Causes Severe Pain In The Testicles?

Hi Dr. malpani,
I had a vericocele and it was operated in Aug last year.
Even now i can feel little pain.
An Observation:-
Whenever i am with my girlfriend and close to her, due to erection i have seen some fluid dribbling out. Whenever this happens i experience severe pain in testicles. This was the case before surgery as well.

Please suggest.

Hi,

I would suggest you to undergo semen analysis and culture. Furthermore, you need to undergo repeat ultrasound scrotum to make sure there is recurrence of varicocele or not of any underlying infection of testis or epididymis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abdul Hamid Mavli, General & Family Physician
