What Causes Severe Pain In Stomach/lower Abdomen, Constipation, Diarrhea, Tiredness And Cramps?

i have had servere stomach pain at the top left hand side of my stomach , and in the center of my stomach , and near the lower abdomen when i lay down i.m sick and get pins and needled in my left leg , and cramp it hurts when i sit down and bend over, i have diaohrea, and constipation , and feel extremely tired i

I appreciate your concern, it seems nonspecific type of symptoms unless it is being properly diagnosed it may be due to fibromyalgia and it is kind of functional condition beside this symptoms may be due to colicky pain associated with dyspepsia I would suggest to try Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day with Tab Chlordiazepoxide three times in day, for muscular pain Tramadol can be tried, but important is try to come out of the stress hope this information helps.
