What Causes Severe Pain And Inflammation In The Feet?

I m a female,age 45, having severe pain and inflamation in both feet,after blood test the report states; Hb -10.7gm%,ESR- 112 mm,Plasma glucose(fasting) -89.70 mg%,serum uric acid- 2.60 mg%Quantitave Estimation of Rheumatoid Factor -Test value -18.0 IU/mL,Antistreptolysin 'O' Titre (ASO) -RESULT-100 IU/ml.
Please advice what to do as the pain and inflamation is severe.taking only painkillers now.
