Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative that you should switch over to more healthy lifestyle and stay more active. To prevent migraines, stay well hydrated. Avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Keep the lights in your living and bed rooms dimly lighted and cool so that feel refreshed all the time. Avoid spicy, oily food. Avoid trans fat & full fatty dairy products. Do regular walking. Maintain healthy weight at all cost. Avoid constipation, take fiber rich food and laxatives at bed time if required.

You can take antacids and PPIs, one SOS when required. Avoid addictions if any, avoid taking under cooked food and food that causes acid reflux. You can take digestives and appetizers. Take adequate sleep. For the hurt that you feel, take acetaminophen/ Combiflam, one SOS when required. Since your nose feels like draining, you can take antihistamine, one SOS at bed time when you feel like that. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT and get X-ray PNS to detect if you have sinusitis. You will be treated accordingly. Take vitamin E, once daily for ten days. You can also take food rich in vitamin E.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
