Hi...I think this is the first time I am trying this...

I started itching really badly on my back (whole back) and legs suddenly...the only thing I did differently that I can think of..I started taking 2000 units Vitamin D as recommended by my Dr. because my bloods came back highly deficient in Vitamin D. From childhood, I have gotten sun poisoning after any exposure from sun. That included a rash all over arms and legs and terrible itching..miserable. As an adult, I have kept out of the sun and when in the sun, i've been very vigilant about using SPF. Can my current crazy itching (feels like pins are fired up and being shot through me..I am jerking my body uncontrollable every time I feel a "hit". What is happening to me? Thank You. I stopped taking the Vitamin D. Symptoms better but still itchy. HELP! thank you.Miki
