What Causes Severe Headache With Blisters?

My wife has been experiencing sever dibiltating head pain for 6 days. she has been to the ER twice. There were unable to get a spinal. Today she started getting blisters in the area of the pain. We have been fearing it could be cluster headaches. Could it be follicitus?

it looks like herpes Zoster. u have to start tab valacyclovir, herpikind ointment for local application for 10 days. for pain take tab amiitriptyline. if pain is very debilitating, then add tab tramadol.get her blood glucose ( fasting and postmeal) done.
it's not cluster headche.
