What Causes Severe Dizziness And Vomiting Following Headache?
my bf has had severe dizziness since sunday am, he has even been vommitting and has fallen over due to being dizzy. He is 45 and does not have the flu. He had a bad headache a couple days before this has occured, not sure if this is related. Any suggestions or comments?
