Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The burning is in relation with urethra inflammation following yeast infection.

In addition to current antibiotic, I recommend to:

- Drink plenty of liquids
- Take cranberry sachet once daily in glass of drinking water
- Anti-inflammatory medicine as ibuprofen or other as per choice of your consultant
- Avoid sexual activities if active

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
