Sexologist 's  Response
Hi,

Oral sex can transmit the infection to cause acute gastritis and symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting. Transmission of the organism from the vagina to mouth by oral sex.

If you are worried about HIV, syphilis or hepatitis answer is no. There won't be such symptoms this early.

Kindly have a check with a physician for meds and take ORS for now.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
