What Causes Severe Cramping In Stomach With Occasional Lower Back Pain?
For the past 3 days I have been dealing with some severe cramping in the stomach area and on occasions some lower back pain, there is no diarrhea or vomiting involved, and absolutely no possibility for pregnancy. I do, however, feel a lot of rumbling in my stomach. What could it be and how can i get rid of it?

Thanks for writing to HCM.
It can be due to gastritis... take any ppi tab like pantaprazole... and you should be fine....avoid tea, coffee, soda drinks and spicy foods.
