What Causes Severe Body Pain After Taking Vitamin D Supplements?
Because of the result of blood tests it was determined that I needed vitamin D. I have been taking 5 pills daily. I have been on this dosage for five weeks. Since that time I have been in constant pain. It feels as if I have arthritis all over my body. I am up at 2 am because the pain is so bad. I did not have this type of pain prior to taking vitamin D. I had this problem when I tried to take calcium supplements and finally had to stop. The pain was not as severe as it is now. What is happening?
