OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your problem. Back pain and pain under the breasts are common in pregnancy due to severe ligament stretching. Usually, the pain is dull aching and continuous, but in some women, the pain is sharp shooting and abrupt in nature. I will suggest you to start prenatal exercises slowly during day time.Apply local diclofenac gel. Make sure you don't have fever or any other symptom like vomiting associated with pain. If it is there, then consult with your OBGYN specialist.
You can get back to us if you have further questions.
Wishing you good health.
