What Causes Sensitive Stomach And Watery Diarrhea?
Hello doctor, I'm 23 years old, about 5' 11" tall, and I weigh 59kg. Been having sensitive stomach since last year, and had lost some weight.
I've been having watery diarrhea for 5 days already and I'm getting worried. It started after having a dinner with my family. My doctor diagnosed it as food poisoning, but I'm the only one who gets it. My family members feel fine. I purge 2-3 times a day (usually in the morning), my recovery diet consists of rice and baked/steamed chicken. Can food poisoning last this long? Also, I'm having a sore throat, so can it be another possible cause for my diarrhea? Thank you.

I really appreciate your concern, it may not be the food poisoning but it could be due to diet one more thing passing of stool three to four time in a day is normal one and it may not need any treatment.
Diet could be the cause if you are passing the stool three to four time in day, so try to change the diet more fiber diet could be the cause, I would suggest to try the probiotic and stop worrying for this, if the symptoms persist then stool need to be sent for culture sensitivity test.
