What Causes Right Sided Lung Pain And Stomach Irritation?
am suffering from thyphoid fever last four days. am having a pain in right side of the lungs and stomach irritation is there. already am having a ulceritis and my age is 27..In iv am taking cefatrioxine inj and amox and caluvinilic acid am taking regularly. why am getting the pain on my right side of the lungs.

Right sided chest pain may be due to many causes like right lung or pleural cavity pathology,problem in liver or gall bladder,musculoskeletal causes etc.
You may need clinical correlation and further investigations.
Investigation include routine hemogram,liver function test,chest X-ray (PA),ultrasound of abdomen.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
