What Causes Restricted Neck Movements After Head Injury?

I fell down 14 stairs hitting my head on wall. I was taken to hospital, they did MRI and CT scan with negative results of head and neck. I was released. It happened 14 days ago and now I can hardly turn head, move right shoulder and now getting sick and extremely tired. Should I be concerned?

Hi.
You need a repeat scan of your brain to make sure you don't have an intracranial bleed, and I would get an x-ray series of your cervical spine to check for a possible fracture
