Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Many factors can be addressed. Is it too cold or too hot in room? Change diaper every time before sleep. Full his belly before sleep for peaceful sleep.

I hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you have any further questions.
Regards,
Dr. Hina Javed
