Hi
In such a glaucoma there is silent vision loss.
Whatever vision is lost, is not recoverable. Only we have to prevent further vision loss.
In your case after laser surgery and other glaucoma filtering surgery and continued medication eye pressure was controlled.
But it needs regular follow up by measuring eye pressure ( IOP ) and auto perimetry ( if possible OCT). Sometimes the continued treatment becomes refractory i.e. ineffective and you have to change or modify the treatment.

In glaucoma even with the best control of IOP the vision loss may still progress. This is the dilemma

ANY HOW we have to provide the best control of IOP and keep monitoring.
