What Causes Redness And Burning Sensation In Feet And Hands Despite Having Raynaud S Disease?
I have raynods and i am a weed smoker yesterday I smoked and I could feel my veins all start constricting It was whole right ride went numb even tounge and inside mouth I called ambulance and went to er they said I had a panic attack but two days later my feet and hands are still red and burn feet also.

First thing you need to do is quit the smoking narcotic this is very important once you leave this then try some exercise, yoga, meditation, and relaxation therapy, then for sure you will feel better, hope this information helps, you take care and have a nice day.
