Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

In reference to your query regarding congestion and ulceration on bulge at palatoglossal arch both side , In this connection I would like to say that Chronic Tonsillitis is the main cause of bulge on both sides of palatoglossal arch and chronically inflamed tonsils also give rise to congestion on anterior pillar of tonsil.

Some times chronic tonsillitis also turns tonsil to have small polyp, ulcer , cyst and small stone (tonsilolith).

I think it will be better to consult an ENT doctor for examination and treatment.

Regards.
