I was sick for the last few days with a fairly bad sore throat and fever...it started like it normally does with a mild sore throat in the day before the fever for there. I took Mucinex and figured it was just a normal cold/flu that i always get... anyways, it lasted for a total of 3 days (Fever lasted for about a day and a half) and the rest was just being recovering and getting over the sore throat. After last night, it seemed that all i had was a dry throat which lead to some coughing when i tried talking so i avoided it and figured that the remaining syndromes would be gone entirely or be on their last legs of being in by body. When i woke up this morning, i felt fine, healthy again. a very small sore throat remains, to the point where i know it s pretty much non painful and it only hurts a very small amount when i swallow. So i figured I d get ready and take shower and clean myself up. When into the bathroom and looked into the mirror, and saw that I had small, red spots on my neck and chest. As far as i can tell they only span the lower half of my neck about half way around and down to my chest just slightly, slightly above my clavicles. They re are not painful, itcy, or what not. What are they and will they need to be treated?
