My boy friend went to the Dr last night for stomach flu like symptoms. He had his blood drawn and by the time he came home from the er and took the gauze and tape off, he had little red spots around the draw sight. Can you tell me what this is please?
It may be ecchymoses due to extravasated blood in the skin surrounding the the prick. There is no need to worry. It may vanish in about two weeks. There is no need to take treatment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
