Hello

According to report, you are suffering from hematuria(blood in urine).
Hematuria may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection, calculus in kidneys & urinary bladder, neoplasm, trauma etc.
You need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
As ultrasound findings, urine culture and blood sugar are normal.CT scan can be done if needed.
Your symptoms are indicative of UTI but culture report is normal. So,leukocyte esterase and nitrite test can be done for confirmation of UTI.
Treatment depend upon findings.
3-4 pus cells in urine is normal.
You should consult urologist.

Get well soon.
Take Care
