What Causes Rattling Sound In The Chest Of A Child?

my 2 yr old daughter has rattling n her chest and breathing heavy like its hard to breath was at hosp monday doc did xray she has bronchitis went bk yesterday for check up. she didnt start rattling till we got home yest. is this leading to something worse? whay should i do?
