i have had this feeling of my pulse skipping a beat or like it pauses and then catches up since about September/ October last year. I some times feel it go to my head like i am going to almost pass out and then it catches up again. i also notice that i have been randomly dizzy like i am going fall over. i am always tired cant lose weight always in a bad mood.

Do regular aerobic excersize thirty minute a day five times a week. Also do mentle relaxation excersize like Yoga and Meditation. Start low dose Paroxetine in the morning and alprazolam at night.
