What Causes Random Changes In Heart Rate?

I am 49, my heart rate a couple of times went down to 35 beats a minute. I felt bad, didn't know what it was. But i took my pulse and it was arounf 35. I went to the cafeteria an ate a hamburger, I felt better and my rate went up to around 60. What was wrong.

Hi,

Altered heart rate may be due to you may be suffering from sick sinus syndrome or heart blocks.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. please get it done one ECG then consult your Cardiologist they will examine and treat you accordingly.
