Hi,

There are several possible causes of radiating pain from the mid-lower back to the lower abdomen. Some of these causes include:
* Kidney stones: A kidney stone can cause sharp pain in the back that radiates to the lower abdomen. Other symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, and pain during urination.
* Urinary tract infection: An infection of the urinary tract, such as a bladder or kidney infection, can cause pain in the lower back that radiates to the lower abdomen. Other symptoms may include frequent urination, burning during urination, and cloudy or foul-smelling urine.
* Gastrointestinal issues: Gastrointestinal issues such as constipation, gas, or bloating can cause pain in the lower back that radiates to the lower abdomen.
* Muscle strain or injury: A muscle strain or injury in the lower back can cause radiating pain to the lower abdomen.
* Reproductive system issues: In women, issues with the reproductive system, such as ovarian cysts or endometriosis, can cause pain in the lower back that radiates to the lower abdomen.

It is important to see a healthcare provider to determine the cause of your pain and to receive appropriate treatment. They may recommend further tests or refer you to a specialist for further evaluation.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

There are several potential causes of radiating pain from the mid-lower back to the lower abdomen, including kidney stones, urinary tract infections, herniated discs, and muscle strains. Given that you have been experiencing this pain for several days and have not found relief from antibiotics, it would be a good idea to follow up with your doctor or a specialist to determine the underlying cause and determine the appropriate treatment plan. They may recommend additional testing or imaging to get a clearer picture of what is going on.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
