What Causes Prolonged Menstrual Symptoms Like Mood Swings, Cramping And Nausea?

I have been having prolonged menstrual symptoms. I begin with anxiety/mood swings, cramping, and nausea approximately 2 weeks before I start. I am fatigued, a metallic taste in my mouth, cramping, and mood swings during and about a week after. I also have to change my tampons/pads every hour during menstruattion on most cycles. It only lasts 4 days, but the side affects don't seem to slack off except a couple of days a month. Should I be concerned? (Four kids, four pregnancies, all normal, tubes are tied. In case it helps.)

HI'
Thank for choosing HCM
In menstrual period many functional condition are likely to develop and if you already have such condition then this may become more prominent and troublesome too, that is nothing to worry you have to keep the anxiety and stress level very low I would advise you to have,
1) Tab. Chlorodiazepoxide three times in day
I hope this will give you lot of relief, take care and have nice day.
