Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Azithromycin (azithral) can cause abdominal pain. Cutaneous Porphyria can also be associated with abdominal pain.

It is suggested by the change in color of urine to purple on exposure to sunlight (usually when the urine tube left on the window sill facing sunlight).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
