What Causes Prickly Pain And Blood In Stools?

I am 21 years old. I have pins and needle feeling when and shortly after having a bowel movement. I had one incidence recently of a spot of bright red blood after wiping. My concern is that I started Accutaine 10 days prior. I have no other GI symptoms. No bloating not pain no loose stools. What do you think it is? Should I be concerned. You are most probably suffering from anal fissure. Use 0.2% GTN and 0.5% lidocaine ointment topical application at the site of defecation before passing stool. Do this for 3 weeks. Eat more fiber. Drink a lot of water
