General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to peripheral neuropathy. I suggest to check the glycemic level for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Ibuprofen to relieve the symptoms. If the symptoms continue, you may need prescription painkillers such as Gabapentin.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
